Concordia Lutheran High School has been providing Christ-centered educational excellence since 1935. We are a 9-12 school that offers 15 distinct academic programs (including 16 AP classes, 8 Dual Credit classes, and 7 Honors classes). We offer 21 different sports for boys and girls, and more than 20 different clubs and activities, including a JROTC leadership program. We pride ourselves on small class sizes and a family atmosphere!

Blake Perl Advances to Semi-State Wrestling Competition

Concordia Lutheran High School proudly recognizes Blake Perl for an outstanding performance during the 2026 wrestling postseason. Blake earned a 4th place finish at the regional tournament in the 157-pound weight class, advancing to compete at the IHSAA Semi-State level-an achievement that places him among the top wrestlers in the region. At semi-state, Blake competed against some of the top athletes in Indiana, representing Concordia with determination and perseverance. While he did not advance to the state finals, qualifying for and competing at semi-state is a significant accomplishment and a testament to his hard work throughout the season. Congratulations to Blake on a strong season and this impressive postseason run!

Nolan Winnicker Competes at IHSAA State Wrestling Finals

Concordia Lutheran High School proudly recognizes Nolan Winnicker for an outstanding wrestling season that culminated in a trip to the IHSAA State Wrestling Finals in February 2026. Nolan earned his place at the state finals with a strong 4th place finish at the Semi-State level, advancing to compete among the top wrestlers in Indiana in the 165-pound weight class. At the state finals, Nolan competed at the highest level and finished the season with an impressive 35-6 record. While he did not place in the top eight, qualifying for state is a significant achievement that places him among the top wrestlers in Indiana. We congratulate Nolan on his hard work, dedication, and perseverance throughout the season. His accomplishment reflects a commitment to excellence and represents Concordia well.

CLHS Student Competes at IHSAA State Diving Finals

Concordia Lutheran High School congratulates junior Haley Terrell on her outstanding performance at the IHSAA State Diving Finals in February. Haley earned a place among the top competitors in the state and advanced to the finals, finishing 16th out of 32 divers. Her achievement reflects a season of dedication, discipline, and hard work in a highly competitive field. Concordia is proud of Haley's accomplishment and the way she represents the school through her commitment to excellence both in and out of the pool. Congratulations, Haley!

CLHS Cadets, Makenzie Bowen & Remmington Tallent Soar at the State Gymnastics Meet

The Concordia Cadet gymnasts had an excellent day today at the IHSAA State Gymnastics Meet at Ball State's Worthen Arena. Remmington Tallent placed 2nd on the vault in a 3 way tie, and Makenzie Bowen finished 5th on the beam and placed 5th in the all around. We are very proud of the girls and Coach Kindig for their efforts all season, and particularly today. In a highly competitive environment these girls and this coaching staff gave their best, and in doing so, exemplified excellence.

The Concordia girls won the SAC swimming and diving championships held last week at the Helen P. Brown Natatorium. The Cadets finished with 501 points, followed by Dwenger with 407 and Snider with 350.

CLHS Boys Cross Country Team Win SAC!

Concordia boys and girls cross country shined at the annual SAC championships on Saturday at Northrop High School. The Cadets swept individual and team titles in the boys and girls races. In the boys race, Hunter Panning paced the way with a time of 16:03.7, beating Snider's Jacksan Slater by just under two seconds. The Cadets cruised to a team title, with Northrop finishing as conference runner-up.

CLHS Boys Golf Places 2nd In SAC Championship Tournament

Despite extremely windy, cold conditions along with tricky pin positions, the Concordia boys golf team placed 2nd behind Bishop Dwenger in the 2025 SAC Championship Tournament with a team score of 366! Individual scores are as follows (top 4 scores count for the overall team score): Clayton Goodman 89 Maddox Sector 88 Owen Smith 99 Ben Fowls 97 Kash Borger 92 The All-Conference SAC Team is comprised of the top 10 scores from the tournament. Concordia had 4 golfers make the ALL-Conference SAC Team! The girls track team placed 3rd at regionals finishing 1.5 points behind 2nd place Northrop. Top performances, listed below, advanced to the IHSAA State Track & Field Meet in Indianapolis on Saturday, June 6th. Girls 4x800 Meter Relay | 9:28.61 2nd Place Lilly Schlicker, Natalie Cordes, Ellie Walters & Mallory Weller [alt. Daphne Weller, Maddie Gentz, Brylee Crass & Hannah Clark]. 800 Meters | Maddie Gentz - 2:17.07 - 2nd Place and Brylee Crass - 2:17.37 - 3rd place. 1600 Meters | Mallory Weller - 4:43.81 - 1st Place and Daphne Weller - 4:57.24 - 2nd place. 3200 Meters | Mallory Weller - 10:27.09 - 1st Place and Daphne Weller - 10:42.28 - 3rd place.

2025 PSM Gemlick Scholarships Awarded to Seniors

Graduating seniors across the region were honored Tuesday, June 10, during the 2025 PSM Gemlick Scholarship banquet Parkview Mirro Center for Research & Innovation. Eight winners were received $8,000 scholarships - made possible by Parkview Health Foundation - for their academic excellence, athletic achievement and community engagement. Student-athletes were nominated by PSM athletic trainers assigned to the students' schools and by PSM Performance specialists who train the athletes. Winners are selected among the nominees by PSM Working Committee. This year, 55 nominees represented 32 high schools. Each nominee was recognized at the banquet with a video produced by the PSM Digital Outreach Team and a certificate from PSM. Eligible student-athletes must participate in one sport their senior year and hold a grade point average of at least 3.2 on a 4.0 scale (or 9.0 on a 12.0 scale). The Albright Gemlick Scholarships have been awarded since the 2003-04 school year, and bear the names of two late SportONE physicians: Dr. James E. Albright, who passed away in 1993; and Dr. Brett F. Gemlick, who passed away in October 2019.

Eight seniors awarded Albright Gemlick Scholarships

CLHS Junior Mallory Weller Crowned 2-Mile National Champion

Concordia Lutheran High School junior Mallory Weller claimed the title of National Champion in the 2-mile race at the 2025 New Balance Nationals this weekend in Boston. Weller dominated the competition with a blazing time of 10:05.56, setting a new personal record, a CLHS school record, the Indiana All-Time #3 mark, and the current US #6 time. Weller's incredible performance highlights her dedication and talent on the track. She also competed in the 1-mile event, finishing with a PR of 4:42.13, another school record, Indiana All-Time #3, and US #9 ranking. Congratulations to Mallory on this outstanding achievement!

Cadet Girls Track Shines at New Balance Nationals!

Our CLHS girls made a statement on the national stage this weekend in Boston! Mallory Weller is a NATIONAL CHAMPION in the 2-mile with a blazing 10:05.56-a PR, new school record, Indiana All-Time #3, and US #6! She followed it up with a 4:42.13 in the mile, another PR, school record, Indiana All-Time #3, and US #9! More amazing performances: Daphne Weller - 4:58.76 in the Freshman Mile, 4th place & All-American! Natalie Cordes - 5:21.06 PR in the Freshman Mile! 4x800 Relay (D. Weller, M. Gentz, B. Crass, M. Weller) - 9:15, 9th place! Daphne Weller - 2:18.72 PR in the Freshman 800m, 9th place! 4x1 Mile Relay (M. Gentz, H. Clark, N. Cordes, L. Schlicker) - 21:37.55, 24th place! Amazing job, ladies!

CLHS Girls Track Update! At a recent meet at Grand Valley State University, Mallory Weller ran a new personal record of 10:11.3 in the 3200m. This sets a new SCHOOL RECORD for Mallory AND sets a NEW INDIANA INDOOR RECORD ranking Mallory with the 6th best 3200m All-Time in the State of Indiana. Also at this meet, the 4x800 team of Daphne Weller, Maddie Gentz, Brylee Crass, and Mallory set a NEW INDIANA INDOOR RECORD with a time of 9:13.1. Way to go, Cadets!
